I was impressed with the whole process. From my initial call for information, making my free battery check appointment and the appointment itself. I forgot the name of the guy that came out but I felt like he was honest, friendly and very informative. An hour later, I made the appointment to have all 6 batteries replaced. I feel like I'm in good hands with The Battery Guy!

I would like to thank The Battery Guy Tucson for the excellent service I received for my Evolution golf cart. Gayle returned my phone call right away after I left a message letting him know there was an issue with my new cart. He came to my  house, computer in hand later that day to diagnose the problem. The next morning he had the cart picked up to take if to his shop to fix the cart. Before I knew it the chart had been returned to me fixed and ready to go! I am grateful for the great, personal service I received and will continue to recommend The Battery Guy to others who need battery assistance or a new golf cart!

I could not be happier with the entire experience yesterday. The service tech did a great job, not only in analyzing my specific situation, processionally installing the new batteries and cables, airing up the tires, etc,  but also in answering all my questions about how to best maintain the new batteries. He was also very friendly and a pleasure to work with.  I would not hesitate to use Battery Guy again.
