Our Services
-
Do you come to me, or do I bring the cart to you?
We are primarily a mobile service! We come directly to your home or business for most repairs, including battery swaps, tire work, and diagnostics. If your cart has a complex mechanical or electrical issue that can't be fixed in the field, we’ll transport it to our 3,000 sq. ft. warehouse at 6800 N Camino Martin for more intensive repairs. -
What areas of Tucson do you serve?
We provide mobile service across the entire Tucson area, including Oro Valley, Catalina, Marana, South Tucson and Green Valley. -
How fast is a typical mobile battery replacement?
For most standard battery installations, our technicians can have you back on the course in about 45 minutes for Lead Acid and 90 minuites for Lithium.
Batteries & Technical
-
What kind of batteries do you offer?
We specialize in both traditional lead-acid and high-performance lithium upgrades. We are a top dealer for Trojan Batteries, known for their reliability on 98% of America's top golf courses. For Lithium we recommend Curenta Batteries. -
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 2-year Trojan Battery Warranty, which extends the standard manufacturer warranty by an additional 6 months for our customers. -
Why is my cart fully charged but not moving?
Common culprits include poor battery connections, corrosion on the terminals, a faulty solenoid, motor or controller. Our mobile techs carry diagnostic tools to pinpoint the exact failure at your driveway.
Scheduling & Maintenance
-
How do I book a service call?
You can easily book your appointment through our Online Scheduling Portal or by calling us directly. -
Do you offer annual maintenance?
Yes! We provide comprehensive annual service that includes battery cleaning, cable, brake, shocks, steering, bushings and inspections, brake adjustments, and tire pressure checks for less than the cost of a major repair.
Common Battery Questions
-
How do I know if I need a mobile "jump" or a full warehouse repair?
Don't worry about guessing! Our mobile techs are trained to diagnose the issue on-site first. If it's a simple battery swap or cable repair, we do it then and there. We only move it to the warehouse if it’s truly necessary for a repair that we are unable to provide onsite. -
Do you offer "loaner" batteries?
We have a new program where we provide loaner batteries for Lithium. The cart has to come to our shop for diagnostics and if it determined that it will take more than a week we send your cart back with a loaner. When we get your original batterty back or a warranty exchange.
The Warehouse & Transport
-
What happens if my cart can’t be fixed in my driveway?
While we handle most repairs on-site, some jobs (like motor rebuilds or major electrical overhauls) require the specialized tools in our 3,000 sq. ft. warehouse. If that’s the case, we’ll handle the heavy lifting for you. -
How much do you charge to pick up and return my cart?
For most areas in and around Tucson, warehouse transport is completely free. We believe you shouldn't be penalized just because a repair requires a shop setting. We’ll pick it up, fix it, and bring it back to your door at no extra travel cost. -
Is my cart safe at your facility?
Absolutely. Our warehouse is a secure, professional environment designed specifically for golf cart storage and high-level diagnostics. Your cart is treated with the same care as if it were our own.
"Free transport applies to the majority of our Tucson service zones. If you’re in a remote outlying area, just give us a call and we’ll let you know if a small fuel surcharge applies!"
